These partners aid us in performing analytics and drawing insights from the data shared with AI Sidekick. It is essential to note that the shared data is anonymized and aggregated, ensuring it cannot be used to personally identify any of your team members.

We may also share your data, including data collected from third-party services that you choose to integrate with AI Sidekick, with our trusted partners. These partners help us run analytics and generate insights.

Any data we receive from your integrated tools will be handled in the same manner, anonymized and aggregated, ensuring personal identification is not possible. These third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms of use, which govern their handling of your data before it is shared with us. We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless we are legally obligated to retain it. 2. To personalize your experience by delivering the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
3. To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
4. To send periodic emails regarding your usage, analytics and to communicate best practices and follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email or phone inquiries)
5. To use the information, you provide in our communications with you to respond to your inquiries, comments, disputes.
6. To contact you regarding any operational issues or problems with the App
7. For research and development purposes in order to make our services smarter, faster, secure, integrated, and more useful to you
