Account Terms

1.1. You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

1.2. You must provide your full name, a valid email address or phone number, and any other information requested in order to complete the sign-up process.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Remoty cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

1.4. You are responsible for all content and activity that occurs under your account.

1.5. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.

Payment / Billing

2.1. A valid payment method (credit card or bank account) is required for using the paid services of AI Sidekick.

2.2. If you upgrade or downgrade your service plan, you will be charged your new billing rate immediately.

2.3. All our services are billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

2.4. All advertised fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

Cancellation

3.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time by reaching out to our support at support@remoty.dev.

3.2. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

3.3. If you delete your account by uninstalling the App, your Account will then be removed by our team in a timely manner. However, your data will still be available if you reinstall within 30 days of deletion.

Modifications to the Services and Fees

4.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time for any reason with or without notice.

4.2. We reserve the right to change our monthly or annual fees upon 30 days’ notice. Fee changes will be notified via email to all our subscribers and will be reflected on the Pricing page.

General Conditions

5.1. The use of our service is solely at your own risk.

5.2. Understand that Remoty uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the App.

5.3. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the App or any service.

5.4. Agree not to duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our service.

5.5. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and Accounts that we determine as unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
